To support you with creating your first APOP, we’ve put together this video staff meeting and the resources below to guide you through the planning and creation process.
The video features around 1 hour of input so if you’re planning on using this as a staff meeting then we would advise using two 1 hour slots to allow time to stop the video at the designated points to discuss and capture what people are thinking.
Alternatively, this would work as part of an INSET half day session, again with time given over to planning and collating ideas in-between each section.
